iPhone Notification Received, No Sound

Have iPhone 12, iOS 17.0.2, Arlo App Version 4.0 released 2023-09-22. Since last upgrade receive notification, vibrate, no sound.

 

Checked iPhone Notifications and Sounds & Haptics. Set to receive notifications with sound. Have not changed iPhone notification settings for at least 6 months.

 

VMB4000 Base Station, 3 Arlo Pro 3 Cameras. Have received notice that cameras are at EOL.

 

Is this an issue with the last Arlo release? Looking for a fix.

Try turning the phone off and back on again.

 

Else uninstall the arlo app and install again.
