I am trying to share my devices with my husband. I’ve done all the troubleshooting from previous posts and determined the issue is we are running different versions of the app. Both our phones say they apps are current, however, my homepage shows “library” and “mode” and his shows “feed” and “routines.”

we are both running the same iOS, have the exact same iPhone 13 Pro Max, and both apps are showing as updated in the App Store.

Ps - he is getting push notifications from each camera but when he selects the notification it opens the app and there is nothing there and the feed is empty.

You need to migrate your account to "feed".  You do that by starting to add a Pro 5s camera (or a home security system).  That will fail, since you don't have one - but the process will migrate you to "feed".

There are some bugs in feed (and some limitations) - and there is no way to migrate back to Library if you don't like it.  So if you aren't in a rush to get the videos shared, you could just wait until Arlo migrates you automatically.  (No idea when that will happen).

Very helpful response! Thank you!

Silly that for now they are making you purchase more support or hardware in order to migrate (I already have 5 cameras and a floodlight); I don’t need more.

guess we will wait.

Thank you again.
