I have 2 Arlo pro 3 cameras. I have always been able to see recorded footage in the library on the app without a subscription. However, now I’m having trouble with this. “Videos stored are not available. Please check connection settings.”
Is it not possible to see recorded footage without subscription anymore?

Yes, you need a subscription for cloud recordings. Only the Pro 2 and older have a grandfathered plan for free recordings. You can use local storage on your hub if you want but it's not the same as cloud recordings.

The error message you are getting suggests that you are using direct access to local storage (with a VMB4540 or VMB5000 smarthub). Is that the case?
