can't login to app with new iPhone

I am trying to login to the app on my new iphone but keep getting a message that the device can't be trusted. i made sure to enable push notifications on the phone. i really appreciate any tips!

You need to trust the new phone via the two step verification within the app. Use another method for verification such as a web browser to access the arlo portal.
