all 8 pro3 camera and wired doorbells lose access from app simultaneously; internet fine

we have 8 pro3 camera and wired doorbells
all have connectivity to the base station and the base station has internet access
the system works fine for a few days post unplugging the base station for 60 seconds and then reconnecting it. however, after a few days we lose access from the app simultaneously to all the cameras and doorbells. the cameras stop recording and there are no videos captured when we reboot the system. strangely i think the doorbells still indicate when they were pressed but nothing from the cameras
the internet signal to the base station is fine - blue led light still lit
