So my base station is in my pantry and I have a camera at my front door and then one on the far end of the house over the Garage door. Why does my farther camera over the Garage get better Wifi than the Camera at my Front door that is closer and has better clear range to the base station?

Because it is just not range that effects the wifi signal....
A quick test would be to swap the two cameras and see if the issue is location or camera...
But usu it is because the signal must travel thru walls, duc work, mirrors , etc ( anything that can disrupt the wifi )
