I bought an Arlo 3 base kit from Costco. Got it set up on the app and can see the cameras, everything works fine.
Now I am trying to get a subscription but there is some kind of glitch that won't let me sign up ANYWHERE. I have spent hours trying multiple browsers, multiple phones and even a new account.
When I click on subscription, all I can see is that I have no subscription. (attached)
What the heck is going on? It's even more frustrating that I cannot find a single person who has this issue.

What country is the system set up in? Arlo Smart subscriptions are not available in all countries.

Also do not sign up till the free trial is about to run out, if you do you will lose it. I don't know why you weren't told that.
