Just recently installed Arlo pro 3. Had a handyman install the wall mount outside. I went to take the camera down to charge. Couldn’t figure it out and ended up unscrewing the camera from the mount. Now I can’t get it back on because the screw moves back into the mount and isn’t stable enough for the camera to screw into it. And I can’t figure out how to take the white plate off the wall. Tips or tricks that I’m missing ?

Is this the anti-theft mount? There's a photo here
Some instructions are here:
If this is the mount, try taking the camera out of the housing using the security key ( a 2 mm hex wrench will also work). Then attach the housing back to the wall plate, and then put the camera back in the mount.
