Floodlight not connecting to wifi

Do Not Buy

The camera stopped working and no longer connects to Wi-Fi after just one year, despite the fact that I’m paying approximately $20 per month for the camera service and cloud storage. Unfortunately, customer service has not been helpful in resolving the issue.

    One thing that often works is the hardware reset.  You

    • remove the camera from your account
    • take the camera out of the housing
    • press the sync button inside until it flashes amber. 

    Then try to reinstall it.  (Make sure the camera is charged before you do this).
