I just bought a brand new Arlo Pro 3 system from Amazon and a Amazon Echo Show 8 which was suggested by Amazon as a complimentary device to support the Arlo Cameras on my home system. The camera's work great but will not show on my Echo Show 8. I linked the systems and when I ask Alexa to show a camera I get a message saying "The camera is not responding, check the cameras connection and power supply" This is very frustrating. Can this be fixed or resolved?

I have the exact problem. My brand new Echo Show will not display my cameras. I get the same message stating my cameras are not responding. I have a case file open with Arlo. When I get an answer I will post it here.

Same for me my cameras don’t show any feed on my Echo Show 8! Has anyone come across a fix for this? I am seriously considering sending back these security cams, just not a good product!

I spoke to Amazon and they have put in a ticket to try to figure this out. Arlo can’t seem to find the issue. Mine is a Show 5.
