Pro 3 cameras

HOW do I TALK to a PERSON to cancel my account, stop my monthly charges and remove my equipment from the account so I can RE-register them to a new account later.

You can use phone support - access it via the support center in the app.

 

If I wanted to do this, I would start by cancelling the subscription, and then ideally wait for the billing to stop.

The reason for waiting is that occasionally there is a billing glitch, and it is somewhat easier to resolve this if you still have an account.

 

Then I'd remove all equipment from the account.  I'd do hardware resets also

  • using a paper clip to reset the base
  • opening the cameras, press the button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 seconds)

Charge the batteries, and then remove them from the camera and store them separately.  Note they will slowly self-discharge, so there could be an issue charging them if you store them for many months.

 

Finally, I'd delete the account.
