Arlo Pro 3 No Live Veiew / And Request Timed Out.

Afternoon,

 

I have 2x Arlo Pro 3 Cameras. One will not show live view on mobile or PC. Have tried to unpair and repair but get "Request timed out" when showing live view for signal strength. 

 

Have also restarted base station, Looked for updates ECT.

 

Has anyone encountered the same issue?

Have you tried this right after re-pairing (when the camera is still close to the base)?

 

You could try a hardware reset:

  1. remove the camera from the account
  2. open the housing and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 sec)
  3. add the camera back to the account

Same here; two cameras connected to the hub, have been working flawlessly for a few years but very recently just dropped off the map. Arlo's status page says everything is in the green but I have my doubts; can the Crowdstrike issue be affecting this in the backend systems?
