We are having problems connecting the smart hub to wifi. We have factory reset, powered down, followed instructions and still have a flashing amber light. Any suggestions?

WiFi?  The smart hub is connected via ethernet to your router.

 

Have you tried using a different cable, or connecting to a different router LAN port?
