VMB off line on my iPhone but not iPad

I have a Arlo Pro Vms423op base station and cannot access it on my iPhone on my iPad it works just fine.

Joneva,

 

Are you logging in on the iPhone/iPad using the same log in credentials or is one of the devices logging in using a shared account via the grant access feature?
