I have multiple Arlo cameras, all connected to a base station. The problem I am having is that I haven't been able to receive any notification for a while now. The notification settings of my phone and Arlo cameras/app are all turned on. However, no notification has come through to my phone. I also checked numerous fixes on the internet, but none of them works. When I open the Arlo App, it was able to receive updated on camera events. But it looks like it only receives updates when the app window is active.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Many thanks in advance.

Please log out of the account and log back in and see if you are able to get notifications.

I tried logging out and back in, but I still didn't get any notification.

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing.

Thanks for the suggestion. I contacted the support and was able to resolve the issue by uninstalling and then reinstalling Arlo app. I tried this before, and it didn't work. I don't know why this time it worked. Anyway, I am happy it worked this time.
