I had turned off my subscription due to not have internet for a time. I did not get around to trying to turn them back on for over a year later. During that time the email I used for my subscription has become inaccessible to me and I have no way of changing my email in the account because when I log in, it wants me to double verify with a phone or email as my device is not recognised. I no longer have the phone that I had used to verify, and like I said before, I no longer have access to this email.

 

I cannot speak with a person no matter how hard I try in the chat or find a phone number to contact support in order to fix this. 

 

Please help, this is extremely frusterating.
