Automation Routines GPS does not work

Since Arlo have shut down their phone support service (Dont want to pay extra wtf?) and the ChatBot is useless. Allow me to rant here instead.

I had this issue for a long time, and have reported it many times to Arlo's Support.

My GPS location does simply not trigger the Arm away / Home mode automatically.  I simply have to open my Arlo App and change the Mode manually before it wants to trigger my notifications. I've already tried as Arlo suggested, to re-enter my address, which will work for a few days, but then the same problem occurs. 

I find it really annoying that i have to do this manually every freaking time !

Do you have a subscription of any sort? If so you have access to support for free.

 

What phone and OS version do you have? A recent couple of posts that involved Samsung phones required going into the phone settings for the app and enabling the Arlo app to always be in the background (I.e. not optimized).
