My problem has nothing to do with the hardware.
The problem is I log-in to my Arlo account but the two steps identification does not send a code to my e-mail.
So I am stuck.
The on line help seems completely useless and when I finally got to the point of being connected to a live person, it tells me I have to buy that support.
Great Arlo locks me out of my account so I cannot change anything and wants to be paid to support me.
Has anyone been locked out of their account?
Were you able to disable the two steps verification?
