Trying to add new, but used Pro 3 cameras but they don't connect

I purchased 2 used Pro 3 cameras on ebay.  They came with the whole setup but I am trying to connect them to my original base.  I only have 2 cameras connected so it should be fine ( the base originally said we can connect 5 devices).  I have tried unplugging the base and ethernet and re-plugging in but this is not working.  Any advice? Thanks

Also make sure the cameras are fully charged.
