Recently I have found my system has changed its status from Arm Away to Standby without my intervention. The Feed records me having armed the system, but there is no record of the change to Standby. How do I correct this fault with the system?

Hi @bipsvic 

 

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Tried switching the system off and then restarting. The problem does not happen every time. It has only happened a few times recently and I am not sure if this is because of a brief power outage or some other cause.

Does this occur with an Android or iOS device?

If possible the development team would like to investigate this further. Would you mind sending in a diagnostic log? You can retrieve these logs by:

1. Login to your app
2. try to replicate the issue or send after you notice the issue occurred with the modes (please provide a timestamp) of occurrence. 
3. After replicating, immediately tap your Profile icon in the top left 
4. Tap the "Settings" 3 times at the top
5. send the logs to AskArlo@arlo.com,subject line attention ShayneS/15666766

After i've received the logs i'll get these over to the development team for analysis.
