I have paid my subscription until 7/12, when it was automatically renewed. However, over the past month I have had to update my payment information at least 4 times, most recently on Sunday.
Now Arlo has canceled my subscription and deleted the recordings that I have paid to have recorded.
I have tried to catch Arlo per email but no luck, after that I have tried to contact Arlo by phone at least 8 times. But the call is interrupted after 5-6 min.

Try opening a ticket using the Arlo app under Settings > Support. This will route you to a support agent in your region.
