Latency issues

Having latency from 8 to 25 seconds on live viewing, and it takes longer than that to view recorded video from the cloud. Takes up to a minute to activate live view as well. Just tested this with camera 10 feet from base station. I have fiber internet. The delay is long enough that if my car was burglarized the burglars would be long gone before I can get live stream going!!

looking for suggestions on how to reduce the latency issues (ie router settings etc). Any help is greatly appreciated…

QoS on the router may help but first bring the camera closer to the hub to check for improvement.
