I have a subscription with monthly payments.

Every month I get a warning that you can't handle the payment. The credit card info must be updated. When I look at the Subscription info the CVC code is missing.
I have to update the complete credit card information (not only the CVC-code).
Next month the CVC is gone again.

What type of credit card are you using? (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)?

 

How many times has this happened already?

 

Do you have a different card you could test to see if you still experience the same behavior?
