So I set up my 2 cameras on 20th Feb, they came with a free " 3 month trial of Arlo Smart" I was asked for card details during set-up but didn't expect to be charged until the trial ended.
However, I have now realised that I've actually been being charged £7.99 a month since February for "Arlo Smart Premier Multi Camera Monthly "
When I raised a support call I was told that I "might have activated a paid plan by accident " 😕 and that "It is possible for multiple plans to be active on your arlo account at once"😕
I'm completely confused by this - but it seems I have been paying for the 'free' trial. 😧
I'm asking for a full refund.
Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Unfortunately if you sign up for the Plan it overrides the Trial. I waited until a couple of days from expiration before signing up.

I agree that it is confusing, I did the same thing as have many others. I thought then and still think it is a ripoff of the customer. All you can do is ask for a refund but I will advise you to not hold your breath while you wait for it.
