No. With the Pro 3 cameras, you just reconnect the base station to one of the new router's LAN ports.
If you have a different camera model that is instead directly connected to the current router's wifi, then the easiest path is to set up the new router to use the same network name and password as the current one. That is simplest for all your devices.
