SmartHub is not recognizing there is a drive attached

Updated firmware and my local storage is not accessible rendering my system useless. I tried reformatting my usb drive but the SmartHub is not recognizing there is a drive attached.

To add to this - the smarthub uses USB 2.0. USB 3.0 disk drives will connect, but they might require more power than the USB slot can deliver. So if you are using a disk drive (as opposed to a thumb drive), then you might need to supply external power to the drive.
I'd suggest testing with a thumb drive, as that avoids the potential power issue. Make sure it has at least 16 GB of storage.

Thanks for responding. After troubleshooting everything I could think of (reboot, reformat card, etc...) and reading post here. The thing magically works again. I had to add all the devices again but seems to be working.
