Signal Strength shows one bar red on devices page, good/strong in position mode

Hi,
I have a signal strength question. When I view my cameras on the "Devices" page, one camera has just one bar and it's red. But, when I go to that camera, under settings, utilities, and then position mode, the signal strength under the video feed ranges between good and strong.
Why would the indicator show one red bar and the signal strength in utilities/position mode for that camera say good or strong?

This could be an indication of an intermittent signal strength issue. How far away is this camera from the SmartHub? Do you have any problems streaming this camera?

There are actually 3 brick walls between the hub and camera, but my cell phone get's a full signal from the wireless hub (right next to the Arlo base).
My confusion is that when I go to settings/device utilities/position mode, online, the horizontal bar indicates either good or strong signal. At the same time, the little graphic indicator to the left of the bar shows one bar, in red.
Why the discrepancy? (I have not had problems with that camera)
