I have an existing account. When I try to share the cameras with another account, they get the invite, they accept, set up their accounts but no cameras show up. I followed the instructions online. All works up until them not getting any cameras listed.
This happens using both the web interface and the app.
How can I share the cameras with my family?
Please advise.

Arlo is forcing you to upgrade your app UI to enable new account sharing.
You will need to install the new UI by trying to add a pro5 device and agree to the upgrade.
Once the upgrade is completed you will need to setup the system with your custom values, insuring anyone else already shared upgrades to the same UI.
The upgrade is not revert able so it can be a poor experience going forward.
