  1. I’m setting up my arlo device and it will not allow me to add the cameras saying Apple Home is out of compliance. I’ve updated both my phone and the app but it didn’t do anything

Your Base Station/SmartHub may need a token reset to allow integration with Apple Home.

 

Please send me a private message with the email address you use to log in to your Arlo account and I can reset the token.
