I have 3 Pro 3 wireless cameras and want to put one of them on a schedule. On the app, I go into mode but I only have the option to put the base station on a schedule, the cameras are not there. I was under the impression each camera could be on a separate schedule.

No, it doesn't work that way. The modes control which cameras are recording (and which are not), and you schedule the modes.
Do you see "Library" in your app menu? Or so you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead? The details of scheduling depend on which interface your account is using.
Also, can you give specifics on the scheduling you want? That is, what hours you want each of the cameras to be armed.

I see Library in my app menu. When I open Modes, I only see the SmartHub as an option and the ability to arm/disarm all devices.
I want to have two cameras on 24/7 and one camera on only at night to preserve battery life. But, it seems I can only put a schedule on the SmatHub itself which would mean all cameras on the same schedule.

It is true that the schedule is for the SmartHub. But that does NOT mean that all cameras are on the same schedule.
The first step is to create a custom mode that only has rules for the two cameras you want on 24/7. Let's call that Daytime. Whenever that mode is activated, the third camera will be automatically disarmed. This guide will give you some detail on how to create that mode:
After that mode is created, you can then schedule
- The Armed mode from midnight to early morning
- The Daytime mode from early morning until evening
- The Armed mode (again) from evening until midnight
You need two entries for "Armed" because the software won't let you schedule across midnight.
Then whenever you set the mode to "Schedule", the cameras will follow the schedule.
At some point in the future, Arlo will migrate your account to use the newer "Feed" interface. Scheduling with "Feed" is done differently, so just post back when that happens and we can help you get this working with "Feed".

What you're missing is that you click on the hub which then opens a new page with your modes, rules, schedule and geofencing options.

But, those options are only for the hub, not individual cameras.
