Can anyone tell me how they record a clip from the CRV recording. Held on the phone for over 30 minutes
this morning for the Tech Support person to not be able to "hear me", did call back yesterday with no call back to
call again last night after 7 hours to hold 30 minutes again with no pick up.... Anyway....
if anyone out there can enlighten me, I would greatly appreciate it.
Also, have cameras to set to record motion; so, even if motion is 1:00, it only records like 20 seconds. NO USE TO ME!

To save anything from CVR you must use a screen capture package to do so. STart the screen capture and then the time of CVR you want to locally record. Stop the screen capture when complete. There's no other way to do this.
For the recording time, change the time in your modes and rules. This can be up to 120 seconds. If using the "record until motion stops" setting, remember that the camera has to be able to detect the motion, not your eyes. Sensitivity and positioning changes may be needed.
