I just added a Pro 3 camera into my Pro 2 system.  I just realized that there is no free cloud storage for the Pro 3 camera.  If I only purchase the plan for my Pro 3 camera, will it affect my current 7 day free recording for the current Pro 2 camera？

Nope. As long as your camera count for the free plan remains at 5 or less, there's no interaction. The free 7 days applies to the Pro 2 cameras and older.
