I removed access to my ex husband and I have changed my email and password and he still gets the push notifications. How can I remove him from getting notifications?

Just to be certain - is this how you did that?

In addition, does he still need the app? If not, just have him uninstall it.

I did remove him that way…. And He will not remove it from his phone because he likes keeping tabs on me. So I’m in a bit of a pickle having him be able to still receive notification when I come and go. Not sure if I remove devices and reset and start them new with a new email if that would work.

Deleting the account and setting up a new one (on-boarding everything again) would work.

Have you seen the notifications on his phone?  Just wondering if he is really getting them, or if he is just saying that to create distress.

Okay I removed all the devices and the base and reset the base and created a whole new account for it. And then onboarded everything again. So I should be good now.

I haven’t seen them on his phone. But he says things like that’s a pretty pink dress you have on today. Or I saw your niece come over so that’s how I know he was truly getting them. Creepy!
Thank you!

Yeah, creepy.

If that still happens with everything migrated, then I'd make sure there are no other cameras on the property that you don't know about (might not be Arlo).

Also, if you haven't changed all your other passwords yet, then you should certainly do that.  That includes your router admin password, and maybe also your wifi network password.
