I have all of a sudden encountered issues with my recordings being captured on my local storage device. I've contacted Arlo support a few times to no avail. Steps I've taken; Unplugged base station, removed and reinstalled storage device, re-synced cameras, double checked all settings correct for Direct Storage. Has anyone encountered this problem and if so were you able to resolve? If so what steps did you take.

Try a different drive. Make sure it's at least 16GB.
