Record and Snapshot Buttons Gone

My record and snapshot buttons disappeared while using live streaming. Any advice?

JayEff,

Manual snapshots and recordings can only be made at up to 1080p. Do you have local 2K live streaming enabled in your camera settings? If so, you will not be able to take snapshots or manual recordings when live streaming on your local network. You can toggle off local 2K live streamin in the camera settings, or disconnect your mobile device from your local network to record or take snapshots at 1080p.
