Pro 3 was working but recognised

Just bought the Arlo Pro 3 Hub with 3 cameras and also bought an add on camera.
Got them all working and fixed up. Then decided to take them down to fully charge.
One camera (98% charge) then lost connection. Tried to reconnect but no joy. Then deinstalled it/removed it and tried to add back, no joy.
Then tried to remove home smart hub, to reinstall, now I cannot connect anything, no camera or home hub is recognised

What is the LED on the hub showing? Are you using a VPN? If so, disable it. Could also be a bad hub - try holding the reset button for >10 seconds until the LED flashes amber. Let it reboot to solid blue and then try reclaiming it.

 

If convinced the hub is bad, swap the system at the store.

Yes LED is showing solid blue, and flashes when syncing. No VPN. Need to swap the hub I think
