No matter if it's on my phone or web page I can't seem to pay for the subscription. I've called support and it's been a week and no response.

Is this that the process fails or that you can't even get to try for a subscription? The latter may be caused b y your location - only select countries can have a subscription.

At what point to you see an error? What does the error message say?

The error states "unable to process electronic payment" whenever I input my payment information. This happens on my phone as well as desktop and regardless of credit card I use or even PayPal. PayPal actually doesn't even give me the error it just has me log in, choose my payment method within PayPal (credit card, bank account etc...) the redirects me back to the payment page for arlo as though nothing happened.
