Hi. I have a Pro3.
That's SmartHub and I'm trying to install it. It asks for the network password, which I don't have. The device is brand new

You are doing something wrong, because the "add device" workflow for the VMB4540 does NOT ask for a network password.  The smarthub connects with ethernet, not wifi.

Note that you do not (and can not) join the wifi network that the VMB4540 creates.  That is only for the cameras.
