After the 3 months trial with cloud function, and change to USB storage - I only get a push message from the 3 new 2K cameraes, no SMS, no e-mail and nothing in the library. I have conected 2 older cameraes and they function very well.
All settings are the same, so I wonder why I have this problem with the new cameraes - hope someone can help me.
In the App in your Library are you changing from Cloud to Smart Hub at the top center above the month? You will just see a download Icon for each recording not a thumbnail. What you are seeing for the older cams (Pro2 and older) is the 7 day free cloud storage.
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
