I have had this problem for a few weeks. I keep retrying, but it never works. I have restarted the base, I have switched cameras, I have changed sensitivity from 80 down to 1. It makes no difference. Only 1 thing fixes this problem, unplug it and it works fine.
This is Exactly the same problem I had with the Ultra. A firmware release on 12/19 fixed this issue on the Ultra. The same fix is needed on the Pro 3.

I sent them a sample video per their request, on Jan13. I have heard nothing since then.
