Last week there must of been an update to the app. Our home page did not show any cameras, only an advert/information on widgets from the Arlo library. 

I have been able to reinstall the doorbell camera, but all 5 of our Pro 3 cameras will not connect/find the scan from the phone app.

When we try to add a device, then select cameras, then Pro 3 the visual guide refers to plugging in the hub.

I've tried reinstalling the app, and resetting the cameras with a long press.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Are your Pro 3 cameras showing offline? Or not able to connect to the Arlo app at all?

Are you looking at the dashboard screen or the devices screen?

I had the same problem. Unplug the station and plug it in after about 5 to 10 seconds and let it reboot your cameras should show up i about 2 minutes .

Hi, the cameras are not showing at all, and not being picked up by the app.

Hi, this is on the main dashboard. The feed shows no historic recordings from any of the Pro 3 cameras.

The doorbell camera reconnected, is shown and the feed shows all recordings going way back.

The only camera I am seeing on your account is the doorbell. It will not show the feed of cameras that are not on the account. Can you please try to reset the camera's following these steps and adding them back to the account?

Pressed the sync button until the Pro 3 flashed amber, opened the app, the info for connecting the Pro 3 guides you through hub connection ?? Tried through Pro 4 with the QR code, still nothing. 

Getting quite close to seeing if the Pro  3 can bounce. 

How is it after an update 5 cameras can simultaneously stop working?

Do you use the "friend" account feature?  If you do, is it possible that the other cameras are in a different account?

All cameras are now working. I had tried several times today without success,then at around 1pm each one started connecting to the app. We didn't do anything differently, but we'll take the win.
