Pro 3 battery not charging

When I purchased my Pro 3 I also purchased the charging cable so my unit is ALWAYS connected.  The battery is at zero (0). 
I have checked the power supply.  It is fine.  I have cleaned the terminals, both inside and out. They are fine.  The battery still doesn't charge.

I would like to speak to a person or connect with e-mail to resolve this problem.  My account is being charged faithfully but my Pro 3 battery isn't.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.

 

WHen plugged in, does the battery icon show a lightning bolt through it? If not, you may need to clean the contacts with isopropyl alcohol. You could also check the charger output with a voltmeter to ensure it's working.
