Cannot sync cameras to base,tried resetting, manual sync,nothing works, I had to factory reset the base before that would register. I did see the cameras working when I bought the used system.

That sounds like the original owner never removed all devices (or at least that camera) from his account when you bought it used. You can't set up a camera that's already set up so contact him to remove it from his account.

Thanks,but I was of the understanding that when the account has been deleted and cameras and hub had been factory reset they were unregistered and I know the seller deleted his account. So if that's the case then I've got units that will never work.
