Pro 3 Solar panel

I bought 3 solar panels for our system. This is the 3rd day in a row that it says it’s it’s too cold to charge, it’s only -2C.  The box says it’s good to -10C.   What is really baffling is 2 says it’s too cold, one it’s working fine.   Any one else having this issue?

Arlo really should describe this more clearly.  The batteries won't charge if the batteries are below 0C (even though the environmental specs on both the cameras and the panels reach colder temps).

Perhaps the third camera is in a slightly warmer or sheltered location?  Or maybe the sensors might be slightly off.
