New Arlo app installed (not sure if it was auto updated or I initiated it). Ever since the app updated I can't control any of my devices. However, motion alerts still appear. No devices are shown in my app, so there is no way to control or view the devices.
When I Add Device, it searches and searches eventually with the error message there are No available devices to be found
It is strange that the devices are still synced to the app (hence the notitications) but no way to control, view, add, delete, etc
If this is the case I'd say this new version is terrible
any help?

Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and see if that changes what you are seeing? Also, are you able to see your cameras if you log into my.arlo.com on a web browser?

It sounds like you are using a shared "Friend" account - and that the primary account is still using the "Library" interface.
Is that the case?

No. I’m the full user. Other than this app update nothing is different as far as I know. I’ve had this system set up for years.
to try to say the same thing in a different way, I get all the alerts sent to my device, however, nothing is showing or will connect to my app home screen

is there a way to check this as you say?
Looking under Settings/people, there are no other friends/family added
on the Homescreen there are no devices. It says “add devices for peace of mind”. I click that perform the search. Finds nothing, Maybe because it’s linked to the app already?

Is there a way to master reset everything and start over? I can't seem to do that either, maybe its technically still paired to this non-working app

If you are using the primary account, then the cameras should all be shown on the devices page. You won't see them on the dashboard until you manually add widgets to them. Add Device doesn't work if the device is already in an account.
I'm tagging mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - so they can assist you.

I had the same problem, had to restart the base and take my cameras down and bring them to the base to refind them then rename them again. It was just like setting up a whole new system.
