How do I delete the pop up ad which shows up ongoing on library screen

This is what it says every time I open it. Thanks well I have tried to attack a photo but says it does not accept jpeg?

It says Cloud storage keeps all your clips secure.Activate Arlo subscription….I do not want a subscription

Change the extension from jpeg to jpg.

Sounds like you don't have any subscription for these cameras. Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a sub for cloud recordings and use of zones when not connected to AC power. Do you have a subscription as found in Settings, Subscription? If not, you can remove any zones and have only local recordings when you enable it in the hub's settings.

I do not have a subscription and don’t want one. I want only local. How do I take steps you mention? Thanks

Go into the camera settings, Video Settings and check for any zones that are defined. On the app, you should be able to swipe to the left to remove the zones.
