Poor battery life and zero help from Arlo Support

I bought an Arlo Pro 3 2 pack. One camera holds a decent charge. Maybe 2 months. The other barely lasts 2 weeks. Not happy with this product at all. No response from Arlo Support either.

Have you tried swapping camera locations to identify the camera or location issue is an issue?
