I AM TRYING TO ADD A USER TO MY ACCOUNT. I GO TO THE "GRANT ACCESS" LINK BUT THE "ADD" LINK DOES NOT FUNCTION. THERE IS NO ONE TO CALL!!!!

Using the pc to open the email request and clicking the link to open a browser to login by the granted user is the better method.
