Paid extra for 2 day fedex but has not even been shipped out in 3 days???

I made the order 3 days ago, no updates from order status. I need it by this weekend so I paid an extra $15 for 2 days Fedex rather than the free 3 days ground shipping. But you guys not even shipped it out in 3 days??? I called customer service each day to inquire about the status. Each day I was informed you need 24 hours to ship it, but you promised the same 2 days ago.
If you don't have the capability to ship as you promised, can you let me know your incapability in advance so that I can plan for it accordingly???
First time to try Arlo. FRUSTRATING.
