Hey can anyone help...

 

I have a VMB4000. It has been connected to my router for at least 8 months and all of a sudden the internet status went blank. I tried resetting and then it went amber. I have green for power and had green for cameras. I understand this means that it is not connecting to the router. 

 

I have tried:

Re-setting the base station

Power off both base and wall

New Ethernet cable- that is known to be working. 

Direct connection into the router

Factory reset (including removing my devices- which now I can't get back up)

 

So currently I have nothing as the base won't connect and the cameras have been removed. 

 

Not too sure where to go from here apart from buying a new base as its clearly not working.

 

Any suggestions before I make the purchase?

Did you also try connecting the base to a different router LAN port?
